Finally, after I had left gym about 5 years ago, I'm back to upper body endurance. Thanks to Kunal for igniting the spark at the right time.
Used the dumbell kit left over by Biswa and Vineel. Guess daily evenings I'll go about an hour or so. Did it by watching the Sri Lanka Vs West Indies match with Michael Holding cutting across comments with his Jamaican accent.
Slow start by will have to reach 30 push-ups by end of next month if things go according to plan. BTW, I'm seriously contemplating to buy bi-cycle (mostly geared version) by end of this week. You never know !
